Longwood Place at Reading currently has a "resident referral program" which rewards those who directly refer to us new applicants who become permanent residents of our community.

The program guidelines are simple but are also required:

First, the attached referral form must be completely filled out and signed by the referring party. Due to the vast number of individuals we deal with on a monthly basis, we cannot accept verbal reminders or other informal personal contact regarding referrals.

If a referral is made and the applicant ends up becoming a resident in our community, a payment of $500 will be made to the referring individual. If a resident remains in our community for an additional 6 months, a second $500 payment will be made to the referring individual.

* Only one referral per new resident is allowed each year and it must be accompanied with the initial Resident Application.

* Family members of the new resident are not eligible for a referral bonus payment.

* Referral bonus payments do not apply to residents qualified for our Low and Moderate Income Housing program.
